Recruiting

We design and distribute targeted screener surveys to identify genuine purchase decision-makers for your research. Every shortlisted candidate goes through a structured 20-minute pre-screening interview to verify their qualifications and assess response quality before they ever reach your team. By the time we hand off a participant roster, the right people have already been found.

Interviewing

We conduct 60-minute in-depth English-language interviews with pre-screened participants, exploring purchase journeys, product evaluations, and consumer behavior on your behalf. Clients are welcome to observe sessions live or review recordings delivered post-interview. For longitudinal trials, we close with a dedicated interview phase to capture how participant experiences and opinions evolved over time.

Report generation

We deliver structured written syntheses of your project's findings, drawing connections across your participant cohort to surface patterns in behavior, motivation, and decision-making. Reports can cover a recruiting engagement, an interview series, or both combined — giving your product, marketing, and strategy teams clear and actionable takeaways. When the full pipeline is in scope, we provide cross-cohort notes that only emerge when recruiting and interview data are examined together.
