My path to founding OpenView Insight Consulting was anything but linear, and I think that's what makes it meaningful. I studied Advertising, moved into product management, and spent years as a software engineer building customer feedback and returns platforms for e-commerce businesses. Sitting at that intersection of product and people, I saw firsthand how often the customer's voice got lost in translation, or never made it into the room at all. That gap bothered me. Connecting people and building community has always been at the core of who I am, and I started OpenView Insight Consulting because I wanted to dedicate my work entirely to closing it, giving businesses a partner they can trust to find the right people, ask the right questions, and bring back insights that actually move things forward.
